Hi FAK I believe that the most viable website to use for smoking is the American Lung Assoiciations website and it’s URL is http://www.lungusa.org/site/pp.asp?c=dvLUK9O0E&b=22542 it gives life stories from quiters as well as the benefits of not smoking let me know if I can be of any more assistance!!
